Story of the shirt:
This incredible Vasco da Gama away shirt – with the incredible and premonitory DATA CONTROL sponsor splayed at a playful 45 degree across the shirt – features the No.10 on the back printed with the material. The #10 at that time was worn by Edmundo, an imposing striker nicknamed 'The Animal' for both his physcial prescence and fiery temper. Edmundo later played for Fiorentina, and would also terrorise Man Utd in the Club World Cup in 2000 whilst playing up front for Vasco with Romário.
