SHIPPING POLICY
We send all products with the shipping service selected by the customer during the purchase process. If you require more urgent shipping, or shipping to a country not currently listed, please contact us via email (info@realvintagefootball.com) or WhatsApp (+34 623 990 600) and we'll do our best to help you.
Once an item has been sent and is in the care of the shipping company, we can no longer be held responsible for its condition or whereabouts. However, we will do everything in our power to help if any problems were to arise.
In the case of a lost package, it is our policy to wait exactly two months from the date the package was sent until opening of an investigation, or, if necessary, issuing any type of refund.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Real Vintage Football is proudly based in Barcelona, Spain, within the European Union. For international shipments, the recipient may be required to cover additional customs charges or duties. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and can vary based on the order’s value, product category, and local regulations.
At Real Vintage Football, we do our best to minimize these charges, but please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees incurred during the import process. We encourage our international customers to inform themselves about their country’s customs policies before placing an order.
