🇪🇸 POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS

Enviamos todos los productos con el servicio seleccionado en el proceso de compra. Si necesitas un envío urgente, o a un país que no esté listado, contactanos por email (info@realvintagefootball.com) o WhatsApp (+34 602 85 71 36) e intentaremos ayudarte.

Una vez enviado, no nos hacemos responsables de retrasos sufridos por el envío, pero haremos todo lo posible ayudarte en el proceso de reclamación.

En caso de pérdida del envío, esperaremos dos meses desde el dia del envio antes de abrir realizar una investigación y, si es necesario, el reembolso del importe.

We send all products with the shipping service selected by the customer during the purchase process. If you require more urgent shipping, or shipping to a country not currently listed, please contact us via email (info@realvintagefootball.com) or WhatsApp (+34 602 85 71 36) and we'll do our best to help you.

Once an item has been sent and is in the care of the shipping company, we can no longer be held responsible for its condition or whereabouts. However, we will do everything in our power to help if any problems were to arise. 

In the case of a lost package, it is our policy to wait exactly two months from the date the package was sent until opening of an investigation, or, if necessary, issuing any type of refund.
