Story of the shirt:
This Madrid goalkeeper shirt design was worn by legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas as the second keeper shirt during the 03/04 season. Early in the year the side won their only silverware of the season by lifting the Spanish Supercup, but it went downhill from there. Despite having a squad of Galácticos including Ronaldo, Zidane, Beckham, Raúl, Figo AND Roberto Carlos, the side only managed a lukewarm fourth place finish in La Liga after losing their final five matches consecutively.
