Story of the shirt:

Known locally as a ‘Newky Brown Fail’, it is heavily frowned upon to wear this 96/97 Newcastle away shirt in the Tyneside area paired with anything other than a light coloured jean, thus achieving the full 90s double denim look. And let’s face it, you’ve been looking for an edgy new outfit niche, so why not go for a daring Toon Army / B*Witched member hybrid? “Ha’way the lads, c’est la vie…”, as Shearer was famously quoted saying in the dressing room after they finished 2nd to United, again. Just buy the shirt.
