Story of the shirt:
This legendary Liverpool away shirt was used during the 92/93 season, coinciding with the club's centenary year in 1992 (as noted on the crest). On the pitch it was a lukewarm year for The Reds, finishing sixth in the inaugaral Premier League season under Graeme Souness. The shirt itself though is an absolute classic template design from Adidas used by various clubs and national sides, but there's something about the beautiful deep green colourway combined with the centenary year element on this version that makes it our favourite. The same design was actually also used the year before, but the main difference was the change of sponsor from Candy to Carlsberg.
