Whether or not you believe black-yellow to be football heaven, it cannot be denied that this incredible 97/98 player issue away shirt is pretty bloody close to the promised land. Obviously you’ve already clocked the lack of sponsor (the fan version of this design carried both ‘Die Continentale’ and ‘S. Oliver’ during its use), the missing Nike patch on the front bottom, and those immense Germanic winter-friendly long sleeves. But buy this and not only can you stay in tune with 90’s Deutschland fashion, but also ironically look like an out of tune tele whilst doing it. Just buy the shirt.
