Story of the shirt:
This iconic Bayern shirt was worn by the side as an away shirt during their infamous 98/99 Champions League campaign, a run that ended with them playing Manchester United in the final on the 26th May 1999. As far as UCL finals go, they don't come much more famous than this. As the clock hit 90, Bayern were on top, 1-0 up and expecting to cruise through injury time to victory. United had other ideas though, and managed to stage an incredible comeback through two last gasp goals from Solksjaer (90+1) and Sheringham (90+3) to claim the trophy.
