Story of the shirt:
This Barcelona away shirt design, worn during the 07/08 season (and again as a third kit in 08/09), was produced with extra detail surrounding the club crest to commemorate the 100th anniversary of their iconic stadium Camp Nou. The 07/08 campaign was manager Frank Rijkaard's last in charge and ultimately ended in disappointment, with Los Blaugrana failing to collect any silverware. It was also Brazilian legend Ronaldinho's last at the club, as the arrival of Thierry Henry and the emergence of a young Lionel Messi resulted in his departure at the end of the season.
