History of the shirt:

Although this Germany away shirt was released for their Euro 2012 campaign, the Germans never wore it during the tournament itself (they had the privilege of wearing their home jersey in every match). However, it was worn by central defender Mats Hummels, the star whose name we find on this shirt, particularly during a match in which he scored his first goal for The Team – a headed goal in a friendly defeat against Switzerland during preparations for the tournament.
